Unable to see any options under light management

Under display > light management i don't see any options or settings have they been removed or it's just not working

I get this as well. Screen is as far down as it will go.

This above is the full page inside Display option. No option under 'Light Management' section as seen

Nice find guys. I'll forward this and see what's going on. Was Light Management active before? Where you able to access those settings on a previous FW?

Yes, the firmware that came with the phone preloaded before the update had an option named 'LEDs'.
