After some updade my UX3410A fan became always on at maximal performance even CPU temp is lower 30 degrees C
it starts from power on, even when I enter UEFI screen, fan is 5000 rpm
I've updated BIOS from ASUS of.site and made a factory reset, but nothing changed
Interestingly, the bios files from ASUS of.site are named UX410UARASxxx
please, help me to get the fan back to control!

Hi there,

Please refer to below link to check for the accurate BIOS and model name

https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1030673/

If you model is UX410UAR, then the BIOS file is fine.

Can you switch to different power mode and see if the fan is working differently?

Thank you.

Hi!
I've posted two comments with screenshots, but they just disappeared. 😕
briefly - power modes have no effect, the fan keeps spinning at max speed.
Laptops model is UX3410U according to sticker
UX410UAK according to bios
and BX410UA according to s/n via MyAsus
sticker and BIOS s/n are the same

You must download and install drivers and bios firmware for this model only UX410UAK.
