Detailed description：
Black screen after booting up for 5-10 seconds before Sign-in screen. I have seen this for like 3 months now after restart and shutting down and powering up again but still don't know the cause of this.
All of the programs are set to be disable at start up.
Any workaround to fix it without resetting the OS.

NO. But Fast boot option is not showing since after updating to 20h2 in october.

Anyways I've reset the Laptop but cannot find a solution yet to prevent it from happening in future.
