All Desktop shortcut icons are disappear

Detailed description：Hi, can someone help me? How can I access all desktop icons in my Zenbook? They all disappear and the Windows Desktop is empty. For example, I have turns on the Recycle Bin but it just don't displays on the Desktop.

No, the problem still exists. After Windows started, all desktop icons (including folder I have created on the desktop) disappeared. Can someone or Asus technical support help to solve this problem? Thanks in advanced.
