Blake_ASUSI have UX434FL and Yes ,there is an screenxpert update but due to some microsoft store issue it was not updating,so i uninstalled screenxpert and reinstall it again from MY ASUSHello pv549867,
May I know which model do you have and was there any update or modification before the issue occurred?
