Very tight hinge while I open Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX582h

Is it normal, that I can`t open my new laptop with one hand? It`s very tight when I open it.

I saw videos on Youtube and it seems like easy opening with one hand there. What do I need to do?

Take to the nearest Asus service center, the technician will make it a little loose of tight hinge
