Detailed description：
Hello,
I open a new topic about that because don't if the last function.
My computer work with screenpad 1.0 but since upgrade windows 11, not working.
I try to reinstall with fresh Windows but i lost the app Screenpad toolbar and launcher. And same problem, error 1001 when i try to install the upgrade tool 2.0.
So can you confirm me that downgrade of the bios (312 install on my zenbook) can resolve the problem ?

Hello, already done ! But not work. I have tried all troubleshooting on ASUS.
Each time, computer tell it want the OS who comes with ASUS.

I tried a recovery too, i tried to put windows 10 on another partition disk.
Someone can send me the app ASUS SCREENPAD LAUNCHER and ASUS SCREENDPAD TOOLBAR ?
Not available on Microsoft Store at all.
