As described above, my screen keeps getting this blue tint whenever I try to open full-screen an application or a video in browser. Taking screenshots also make it blue.
This is when the color is normal:
And this is when it is blue tinted:
// Stuff I have tried to do while searching for past discussions here:
1) Removing MyASUS and downgrade to another version of ASUS System Control Interface: Does not fix the issue.
2) Removing the ASUS Splendid .IMC profiles: This will just make the screen blue permanently. Does not fix the issue.
3) Removing several Windows Update: Did not fix the issue.
4) Resetting my Windows to default: As I said, it didn't fix the issue.
I have online classes I need to attend and I do not want to send this unit in for RMA ( I still have warranty). Is there any software fix that I should consider?

I am using an Asus VivoBook 15 M513 and I have the same issue. Earlier when I turned on the laptop, the screen would stay bluish but then when I put it on sleep mode for 2/3 seconds the screen would turn normal. But now it's not working anymore. Every time I try a watch a video online, the screen turns bluish and its so annoying. Let me know if you get any solution, please!
Downgrade AMD Display Adaptor drivers from device manager. this is due to AMD Drivers conflicting with Asus Splendid utilities. But still you will have those color issues in certain situation (like while opening notification section) then you can reset display drivers using the shortcut Window + Ctrl + Shift + B. But first you need to downgrade the display adaptor to some older version where the issue isn't that serious.
Dear all,
May I know if you have turned on "eye care" mode in Splendid, then you found this issue?
Thank you.
Hi there. Thanks for responding. The issue persists regardless of what Splendid mode is used. I've had this issue ever since I bought this unit but it usually went away by itself. Only recently that I the blue tint occurs as I said above constantly.
I have tried your suggestion. A downgrade installation did not help. Issue persists as before even after a clean driver installation. What more can I do?
Hello mazino,
Can you help to record a video of the issue (from normal to blue tint) ?
And does the issue happen with other video? other than youtube?
Thank you.
Hi there. I can post a link to my video but unfortunately my account does not have the permission to insert videos into the comment so you have to enter the address yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In The video was me pressing F11 to send my browser into Full-Screen mode. All applications with similar full-screen function are affected. Please tell me you have a solution for this. My MyASUS App and ASUS SysControl Interface are all latest versions ( forced update by the application and/or Windows Update) and I can not find any link to downgrade the SysControl Interface to check. I've tried to install another AMD Display Driver to no avail. Please help.

@ngo1210
I have sent you a message, please update the driver and try again.
Thank you.
I had this problem for a year, since i bought the laptop M509DA. The screen was turning into blue in full screen or when i click in the notification bar and always had to go to myasus app in order to change splendid or i had to push F8 to change the screen mode. After i reiinstall the Windows 10 the problem remained. However, i searched myasus app and i found that when i go to customer support and choose live update there are two options, ''essensial'' and ''latest''. In the ''latest'' folder i found a driver for my card driver. I downloaded it and installed it and the problem was fixed. I hope this helps you all.
What driver are you talking about sir? Is this a chipset or a GPU driver? Please share.
I too have the same problem pls help me
@Rustom28
Could you tell me your laptop model?
I have the same issue (blue tinted screen colour when into fullscreen). I have sent my laptop to ASUS authorised repair center, after the repair, the problem is still there.
I have also updated my laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 now but unfortunately, the problem remains there. Appreciate if someone can assist to solve the issue. My laptop model is ASUS VivoBook 14 M413IA.
*Note: All the drivers on my laptop are up-to-date and there are no other updates from MyASUS currently.
Appreciate if you could specify the driver that you have installed on your laptop. Thank you.
After doing the update, the problem seems to have been resolved on my computer.
AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics
Driver Date: 08/09/2021
Driver Version: 27.20.22002.2001
I solve this problem on vivobook by installing the graphic drivers from myAsus.
Go to myAsus -> Customer support -> Live update
This stop the "blueish" screen and make splendid start working again. Blueish screen stop showing up during startup or fullscreen.
Hope this help.
Thank you for sharing the driver specification. Unfortunately, there is no such driver appearing in myAsus "Live update" section as it mentioned that all the drivers are up-to-date. Appreciate it if you could share if there is any place/website that allows me to download the driver and install it manually. Thank you.
