Its a rog 2 phone and a rog 2 fan cooler that was in the box and now the fan is not working but it can charge !

My phone doesn't recognize my fan cooler !?

Try clearing cache and storage for Armoury Crate.
If that doesn't work, then try factory reset.
If all else fails, please visit Asus service centre.

First off, please check that you're running the latest firmware version. (WW-17.0240.2105.90)
As Ronald suggests, please clear the cache of the Armoury Crate app.
Long-press app icon -> App info -> Storage & cache -> Clear cache.
If that does not work, backup your personal data and perform a factory reset.
Get back to me if the issue persists.
