Asus Lighting Armor not working

Good afternoon,

I bought a Lighting Armor case for my rog phone 5s, and it doesn't work, despite the armoury crate recognizing it.

Brand new case, pins (female and male) are super clean. 

It shows up on the app but it doesn't light up. 

Already cleaned cache and storage on the app.

Is it a firmware issue?

Why is it so hard to make things work on this godforsaken phone?

It took me 3 months for my phone to recognize my aeroactive cooler 6) only worked after coming back from repair because of dead wifi) , and now this.

Can you guys help me?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with your ROG Phone.

Could you please perform an SMMI test and check the LED by following these steps:

1. Open the Calculator app.
2. Press ".12345+=".
3. Go to 'Single test' and scroll down to the LED tests. Ensure that system lighting is turned on in Armoury Crate.

If the phone recognizes the case but doesn't light up, it could be due to a broken case (NFC function).
