There's plenty of Android 10 ROG users which uses the Hex Editor to get it to 90fps.
Well you will be glad to know that Asus raised it with Tencent Corp (at their own good will of its users). If you do a search on the forum, PUBG 90hz will be available in November and this is updated by Tencent Corp and not Asus.
Not one person said thanks for working with Tencent to get PUBG working on 90hz for you guys.
Someone here is going to say but this is a premium phone. Well guess what, that is irrelevant because PUBG is pushing the updates and not Asus.
Hex editor isn't working with the latest update .49. although that guy's language isn't helpful 🤦🏾♂️
But it still works for me and I am on Global with latest firmware .49. 🙄
The Tencent edition of rog 2 got 90fps early,
Wait hang on, you were talking about using the Hex editor doesnt work on the latest firmware.
Tencent edition got it first because it is the same company who created the game Tencent PUBG. Clearly, the PUBG wasnt tested on 90hz before it was released to Global users. So I think your complaint should be to Tencent Corp.
By the way, I see many people threatning to stop playing PUBG because of the change. Maybe if there is enough users complaining to PUBG, they might change their game for the users.
Something's not working for me as when i start the game, on the loading screen it shows 90 fps but as soon as i enter the matchmaking lobby it goes back to 60. I didn't encounter this before.
90 fps coming soon officially wait one or two weeks more .
