Detailed description:
I bought 3 thunderbolt docks because my Dell D6000 with display ports made the GPU go to 100% all the time.
Now as the third dock I have a Dell WD19TB with two Display Port Screens connect to it.
I tried with HDMI as well and I can't seem to have the two screens work in 4K or even in HD.
Is there a reason why I can't use the two external screens using Display Port?
Docks I've tried CalDigit TS13, Elgato Pro Dock and Dell WD19TB.

Is the dual screen using a DP port thus leaving it only possible to use one screen?
Do I need an external GPU??
Docks made by Dell , will be compatible with Dell high valued laptops .
we cant guarantee those will work in Asus laptop. sorry I don't have your laptop.

Thank you for your reply, not sure if you completely red my post, but I tried Caldigits and Elgato as well.... I have the EXACT SAME Behavior.
Some thunder bolt port will work to connect External GPU.
some thunder bolt port able to connect monitor through display adapter.
I don't know about more informations, you search in Wikipedia
and from what I can see, all the screens that I connect to TB port, they seem to be using the GPU and not the dGPU!!
Alright. Let me see.
But I think the second screen inside my laptop is using a DP lane....
I guess I'm really unclear how my laptop works because only the screen on HDMI work on the dGPU :(
