Unable to update Android 10 manually

I am trying manual update of Android 10 for the release Version WW-17.2017.2006.429.
But even after pasting the downloaded update file in the root folder the phone ia not prompting for the message "FOTA service update received".
Hence I am unable to do update on my mobile phone.
Please revert with solution.

Can you tell the current build number of your device?
Current build no is QKQ1.WW_Phone-17.2017.2004.424-20200414

Hi vinayakgn,
Please reboot your phone and check if a prompt is shown. 🙂
For further update instructions, you can check the manual update method : How to update firmware on my phone? | Official Support | ASUS Global

Hi vinayakgn,
Please make sure you downloaded the firmware WW-17.2017.2006.429 from our website: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/ZenFone%20Max%20Pro(M1)(ZB601KL)/HelpDesk_BIOS/
Then, please follow the manual update method:
If the problem still appears, we suggest that you backup your data, and try a factory reset, then perform the same steps.
1. Put the file in the SD card
2. Then go to recovery mode and flash it from SD card
3. That's it and now you are on 429 Android 10 version
Additionally, I would suggest you not to use any developer builds because it broke my phone's Widevine security level.
My phone was just 4 days old and they have mentioned that it is fixed in the 429 developer build in the point number 11 but issue still exists.
