1. Your current firmware version
Settings>System>About Phone>Software information>Build Number
If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain?
**My ZC554KL return and recent buttons work well in WW-15.2016.1907.519
2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

3. Does the issue appear after any system/apps download or upgrade?
Try to restore factory reset ur phone.Last week my phone experienced this and after alot of trial and errors to fix it i eventually decided to reset my phone and it worked.If its not fixed after that it might be a hardware problem.
If u are hesitant to factory reset it because u will definitely lose alot well just transfer ur important files to otger phone using shareit and pass it again after reset.

I've followed the Safe Mode Instructions and my Recent and Return buttons are not working
The status bar drop down access is also gone
I was watching a video when phone suddenly restarted and the buttons have stopped working
Pls help

I checked the Hardware info, but firmware is not listed
I'd screenshot it, but the screenshot button is gone
from the status bar dropdown
I also did that Ssmi test and proximity test failed everytime

Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please check your Navigation bar Settings
Settings>Search on the top "Navigation"
2. Please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
