[ZenFone Max Plus M1] Firmware update not possible : Android 7 => Android 8

Rooted or not: Not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: impossible firmware update
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): not concerned

I'm trying to update the firmware of my Zenfone Max Plus M1 (X018DC), firstly to Android 8.
The version is currently the WW_Phone-14.00.1708.5.20180808.
I already saw different topics on this forum, as this one, in which the problem seems similar:

I already tried to update with three different versions, but none of these are detected by the phone (I don't see the pic described below)
UL-ASUS_X018D-WW-14.02.1711.22-user
UL-ASUS_X018D-WW-14.02.1809.69-user
UL-ASUS_X018D-WW-15.02.1810.347-user


Furthermore, when I'm going to the System update tab on the settings, the last verification date is 01-january-1970 and I don't see the "Check update" button!

Please refer to the description of FAQ step b. Manual Update,
[Phone] How to update firmware on my phone? | Official Support | ASUS GlobalAfter copying the ZIP file to the phone, please remove the USB cable.
At this time, the phone should automatically grab the file and ask whether to update.
Follow the same method to download the update file update step by step.
If the phone still cannot automatically detect the file and update it manually, I would suggest you bring back your mobile to our service center.
