REVERSE CHARGING PROBLEM

Hello, baka meron dito na kagay nang nangyari sa zenfone 4 max ko. Bigla nalang lumabas sa notification bar ang reverse charging kahit hindi nakasaksak ang otg. Hindi na rin nagchacharge ang cp ko habang bukas. Nagchacharge lang sya kapag naka off. Na format kona rin kaso ganon prin.

Thank you for your asking. You may try some troubleshooting steps below at home
1. try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

Setting >System>About Phone>Software information
If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain?

Hello,

I have reverse charging issues, on my ZenFone max pro M2, it keeps appearing although the charges is at 100% . I have tried to wipe cash partition, boot normally, switch off and on. The pop up disappears only when the charge is plugged in, its like using a desktop at the end with this mobile.

Anyone has a solution ?

I have resolved mine based on Mausaurus' blog (can't post it properly since the site says I should be around for a little while longer before posting links, anyway here: http[:]//mausaurus[.]blogspot[.]com/2018/12/how-to-stop-reverse-charging-pop-up[.]html)
What I did was to plug the OTG, wait for the pop-up, then click Cancel.
