Camera is not functional on my Zenfone for the last couple of weeks - when opening the app it just shows black screen and then shuts down.
Installing a system update yesterday which claimed to "increase the camera sustainability" have not helped at all.
Tried rebooting, cleaning the app's cash and data, forced stop - all the same.
Too bad that your company have not been able to solve this problem for months already, as I can see from the other posts here.
