Camera issue with my Asus Zenfone 4 max

I can't take any pictures since few weeks, I've already tried to clear cache, start in safe mode...
However the strange thing is that sometimes my camera works for few seconds or minutes before a black screen.
If anyone already met this bug please help me

Thank you for your asking. Your device is already in the latest version so no more version need to be updated.
For further information, please check with ASUS Repair Center in the country of your residence. Kindly told them you have *ZC554KL Camera issue, already update to the latest version WW-15.2016.1907.519 and tried the Factory Reset, they will provide you the further assistance: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/
