Asus zenfone 4 max bass cracking on video sound

The Oreo update on zenfone 4 max still bad audio recording. It still cracking when hears bass beat even if its not that loud unlike other phone still good video sound recording even if it has a sloid bass sound but in asus zenfone 4 max still cracking. ..hope u fixed this problem ..

Hi renziecruz18, Could you tell me your model (ZC520KL/ ZC554KL) and current firmware version? Could you show me an audio that has this problem for example? Are you using the preloaded sound recorder to record? Please tell me the version. Please tell me when recording what kinds of music or sounds does this problem appear? Thank you 🙂
