Zenfone speakers and headset (wired and bluetooth) playing at the same time

Hello guys, i'm new here and want to ask something. My Zenfone (MPM2) Speakers is still active while i'm using either wired headset or bluetooth one. Can somebody explain what happened to my zenfone and tell me what to do to fix this? Thank you before.

Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Everytime i'm using either wired headset or bluetooth headset

1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

3.  Are you using ASUS affiliated wired earphones? Which earphones are you using?
