While shooting video it keeps focusing and sometimes very blur.

I expected you might be on Beta 10, and if that would be the case then I would tell you that EIS doesn't work in Beta AOSP .409 version.

But as you replied that you are on .073 then can you tell whether the object you were recording, was that a very fast moving object? Asus Max Pro M2 stock camera performance is very very poor. You may try to install Gcam by enabling Camera2API.

It is not fast moving object ....just normal and while shooting it keeps on focusing not steady. And also sometimes it is blurry.

Yeah, I know. Stock camera experience is too bad for Max Pro M2. Can you share a screenshot of your camera settings whether its a continuous autofocus or smart autofocus? Also at which resolution are you recording a video?

There is no options for setting continuous and smart auto focus
