Vibration issue

Vibration is not working in max pro M2 ...even vibration is on inthe device....this phone behaving like a shit...now ....I got irritated from this phone.

Open up stock calculator app given in the phone and type .12345+= and SMMI Test would open up where you can test the phone vibration. If Vibration test gets failed under SMMI Test screen, then probably the Vibration Motor has encountered malfunction ( might got loosen due to any external force like drop ). For that case, you have to visit nearest Asus Authorized Service Center to get the Vibration Motor fixed.
