Touch screen not works when I turn on the mobile

Hello, I have same problem when I turn on the mobile. Touch screen not works. I have to close by pressing the start button to force restart. But sometime i have to repeat it several times till touch screen come back to wotks properly.

Usually after your phone sleeps for how long does this happen? Is your ZenMotion turned on? Could you check whether this happens during ZenMotion on/ off? How often does this happen? Thank you.
