What can I do in this case

I know your OS version as Android 9.. what I want to know is what is current Firmware version?
To check, go to Settings -> System -> About Phone -> scroll down to the bottom and check the Build Number starting with PKQ..

ZD553KL won't be updated to Android 9.. Asus has turned down the Android Pie Upgrade for Asus Zenfone 4 selfie DC (ZD553KL) due to testing results of the Beta Pie was completely buggy. So your phone is not going to get any further updates in the future.
