slow charging and less battery back up

hey guys i am using asus zenfone max pro m1 6gb variant model phone....my phone is veryslow in charging nowadays.....it is not showing charging rapidly.....and it takes around 3hours to complete full charge.....please help me

Hi there, in order to help you kindly help us with the following details:
1. Let us know the firmware version of the device.
2. Kindly let us know the Charging time taken from 0 - 100%.
3. What's the charging time difference between the current & previous update.
4. Try another charger & let us know if there is any difference.
5. Use the ASUS charger on a different phone & let us know the difference.

Battery not charging above 8% and draining out easily..overnight charging used to take it till 50% and never went above it..Someone please help

Its because of our USB cable. Try to change the same and see if it makes a difference.
