Hi,
I just bought a new zenphone 12 ultra and it won't charge.
I have tried 3 different chargers (old asus one, samsung and iPhone) and cables but nothing, it recognizes that it is plugged in and says it is charging but the battery just drains further.
In my car however it immediately starts charging once plugged in.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like the chargers are not powerful enough, there are a lot of different chargers with different specs.
I would recommend getting an original charger or a charger with a higher spec or with fast charging.

That sounds super frustrating — like ordering your favorite meal and getting served an empty plate! If your Zenfone 12 Ultra only charges properly in the car, it might be picky about its power source — kind of like a phone with gourmet taste. It could be an issue with power output compatibility, or the phone might be expecting a certain "flavor" of charging protocol (like PD or QC). Try using an official or high-quality USB-C PD charger (at least 25W) and cable combo. Also, check for dust in the charging port or background apps draining power faster than it's charging. If it’s still acting up, a firmware update or a check-up might be on the menu!
