Serial number problem

Hey team my phone is sometime before around 2week before is dead completely because of software issue and I'm repair my boot dead issue.
So after repairing my device it work fine and run everything on my phone but when I'm checking my phone imei and serial number so it's serial number is change and it not show original serial number as before.

See it my serial number.
Please give me a proper solution to fix this issue on my handset how I'm restore my original serial number.

Hi, during service if the motherboard was changed then the serial number will change too, and it will be updated in the service system. If you have any further query kindly visit the service center to have a check. Locate here: https://www.asus.com/in/support/Service-Center/India

You have to ask your local repair shop and get assistance or visit nearest Asus service center. So that they will flash the firmware by which it can retain.

I face this every time I downgrade my device with Fastboot firmware (OREO version) from Pie and Android 10. I downloaded this Fastboot file through XDA. But, after that if I again update with any official update available through Asus System update/Manual update then my Serial number retain again.
