Screen Freeze

Respected Sir/Madam My ASUS max Pro m1 which is a rooted device gets freezer when ever I receive or call someone until the other end hang up the call. Please help and let me know the solution my email aadityaoffical@gmail.com

Hi hackgod2k16, Are you using the "Phone" app? Does this happen on other apps? Please tell me your firmware version. Could you show me a short video of this problem? Thank you.
