Phone can't use SIM 2 for data connection

It seems that I can't use my SIM 2 for data connection. Is this some bug or can I do something about it? Same thing happens whenever I switch SIM 1 and SIM 2 in the tray. Any SIM in SIM 2 slot cannot be used for data connection.

Hi sanay820 Good day What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About phone> Build number) Please check th setting (Setting> Network&internet>SIM cards > Cellular data) Please help to confirm,thank you 🙂
