Phone app issue - phone is not waking up while getting a call

Frequency of Occurrence: every time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Phone app.

Every time phone app is updating after finishing my call and closing the phone app. It's showing in the notification to get updated. Please check the screen shot as well

Try this
Settings => Apps => Call App => Clear cache and storage.
Check for permissions if all are allowed in Call App.
Also, make sure that your phone is on latest software version if not already.
