VralIf a feature is working how it is supposed then it is not a bug. And emergency call feature is working how it is supposed to work.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/132852#Comment_132852
Latest and greatest firmware from Asus. Regarding reset, I think that should be the last step one shall resort to. A bug free software means, end user should have a seamless experience.
Thats the whole point. Its a bug.

Christine_ASUSThanks for the ultimate solution/fix to all the issues in max pro m1.Hi Vral
Thank you for your asking. A bug can be assessed as a software issue (firmware issue) only if the majority users have the same situation in their phone OR a factory reset device in the same firmware has the issue. Kindly provide the information below so that we can better assist you.
1. Your current firmware version
Settings>System>About Phone>Build Number
2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.
# How to enter and exit "Safe Mode"
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1005163/
3. Also, please try "the Factory Reset", does the situation remains the same?
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
4. If the issue remains the same after performing the Factory Reset, please bring your device to the nearest repair center. You can also provide me a video for double checking.

VralAs everyone in here is saying, this is a safety feature that is present on every android phone and the feature works in every android phone the same way(including Asus ZenFone max Pro m1/M2). If it works as how the developer's intended then it is not a bug. If you are saying that quickstep crashing is a bug then yes those are bugs, but calling emergency call feature a bug and it being specific to Asus is just wrong. The user accidentally clicking the power button three times does not make it a bug(nor does it interrupt the user from having a seamless experience). I personally hasn't accidentally activated emergency call feature and I have this phone for two years (don't say that I don't use the phone often because I use this phone extensively)https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/132949#Comment_132949
