I have observed new issue on Zenfonne Max Pro M1. Notification bar is not coming down when trying to pull & sometimes apps are not responding. Is this touch screen issue when trying to pull down notification bar & that is there any bug due to which apps are not responding. Attaching a SS. Also, when i'm turning on mobile net /
WIFI, the icons are not showing in status bar but sometimes shows a notification dot even notifications are not there. Please resolve this issue

If the issues persist after the update, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue
factory reset your phone after taking a full backup : https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/

Victor01_ASUSi have 084 version & after formatting same issue persistingHi there, let us know the firmware version of the device, the latest version is Version WW-16.2017.2007.084, the update the device if you have not already and see if the issue persists.
If the issues persist after the update, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue

AJ1There Is No Solution Asus In the search of new bugs From Last two months I am saying to each and every person and moderator.
