I can justify to this, the rotation animation glitch may be fixed but a ghost black frame of the upper half of the screen appears for a split second when rotated. (The ghost figure being the curve amd notch appearing)

I just upgraded to 16.2017.1908.070 and The ghost notch and/or the screen border bug is still there when rotating to landscape
