My asus Zenfone max pro m1 unable to open new apps when I download from playstore.
The scenario is, when I download app from play store and click to "open" app from play store (same when open from apps and shortcut) a blank screen visible and after few sec. mobile gone hang for 5-10 sec. After that showing an error "quick setup is not responding" or "appName isn't responding".
(This issue with all new downloaded apps)
Also, check online and apply some solutions, like i) clear cache and delete all app data, ii) set all apps as default, iii) restart and power off then on. Etc. But nothing work for me.
I'm facing issue from 4 to 6 months and I have been checking again and again for new version to fix this issue. But no any update release from asus. Now I'm frustrated 😒.
