Thank you for your reply. I just downgrade my device to V429, and Netflix can be downloaded and watched properly as well.
1. Please check with the app developer first. Does the issue appear after any specific moment?
2. As qromodynmc mentioned above, please try to upgrade to V432 or downgrade to Android 9 and check.
