My device turn off automatically

When i was on android 8 i had faced network drop problem. Like when im using my mobile data or wifi or sharing file in share it app it will disconnected after a while. But when i turned on airplane mood it become alright. There is no problem when i used wifi or share it app in airplane mood.
When i upgrade my phone into andoird 9, this problem is gone and replace in autorestarting prblem. My phone was auto restarting after a while. but when i use airplan mood there is no prblm.
Do any one know, why this is happening?

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode

@fussion_ASUS thank you for providing solution but the problem is with your software,andriod 10 is still in beta version so first of all you try to provide stable andriod 10 bug free update
