Missing Native Screenshot Edit App (Q Beta)

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 (X00TD)
Firmware Version: .424
Frequency of Occurrence: Everytime

I used to think that Screenshot Edit app is exclusive to android Pie. Today I came across the information that it should be available for Android 10 as well.
I remember very well that in pie, Asus had well implemented screenshot edit app which use to come as soon as the edit button is pressed.
My request: Please Devs add this feature back!
