I would like to report a bug that removes bass from sound. Steps to reproduce it:
Every time i reboot phone and instantly (as fast as i can) start playing music - sound quality is perfect with full bass. After approximately five seconds of playing music - bass suddenly disappears, sound quality drops. Moreover it behaves the same for both bluetooth and jack audio.
It seems as if some additional equalizer settings are applied later in boot process - but i don't have any equalizer app installed on my phone.
Steps i took to resolve the issue:
Reset app settings
Tried safe mode - but there is no music player so doesn't count
Reset to factory settings
Therefore I would like to record and submit logs from my phone and fill a bug - can you please advise how can i do that.

To make it clear, you would like to upgrade from WW-17.2017.1911.407 to WW-17.2017.2004.424, right?

Have you tried upgrading "manually" to this version but it failed?

If yes, compare to the "Manual Update" guide in "How to update firmware" I provided before, could you tell me the issue detail and the steps you perform? Have you facing any unexpected password key message, or have you receive any error message?

I just installed 424 version , sound quality improved in earphones but there is no bass still .
Also pubg and call of duty mobile still not fixed

Can you reproduce exactly same behaviour as I have:
Reboot your phone
as soon as you can right after reboot - start playing music with high bass
describe if there was bass right when you started and if it disappeared in 5-10 seconds ?

The same.
The problem occurs only when headphones are connected via Bluetooth.

Essentially this build comes with bad sound quality especially with earphones (garbage)
Hdpubg and call of duty mobile not fixed
Battery life
And the bad sound when calling that u mentioned witch appeared many months ago still exists

3. Could you provide any comparison in audio or video?
4. Does the problem appear on the preloaded app-Play music?
5. Does it appear on Youtube? Could you send us a music link and indicate the timepoint of the problem?
