Max pro m1 cant connect to pc

Firmware Version: Version WW-16.2017.2007.084
Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: All time

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

ive tried reinstalling usb driver, Asus usb driver and etc still the same error. The phone works fine charged normally. Wont fast charge even using the usb and adapter from box. It also wont connect to my pc, YES ALL PC AND LAPTOP! This issue started since 2019 andorid 9 update till now. Tried all developer mode test etc no change

I too had the same problem with original (box) cable.
I just changed the box cable and used a friend's cable instead and it worked. So purchased a new cable and problem solved.

Even my cable has stopped detecting data transfer connection between the phone and PC. Other cables work fine.

Thank you for your asking. My ZB602KL in the same firmware version works fine with PC.
Because your device hasn't be detected by any PC since 2019, kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Change cable, could other cable work?
2. Check on your USB settings: Settings > System > Developer options > Default USB configuration > select File Transfer
>>But you tried it before, right?
3. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

4. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

Ive tried it all, even the format option none of them works.I even tested my cable on other phone and its fine . Is it hardware failure??
