Live Facebook. Distorted audio, low volume.

I upgraded to android 10, through the file downloaded from the Asus website. All right... But when I do the direct facebook, the audio is a disaster. Low volume, distorted voice, robot type. All this did not happen before the update. Help me. I write from Italy.

Sorry for our late reply. While you're broadcasting, was the voice low and distorted then? Or did it become low and distorted after you share it?
Could you try recording with the preloaded recorder app, and check if the sound quality is okay there?
Could you tell us your Facebook app version? Is the behavior same in our latest version WW-17.2017.2006.429?
