1) Sound quality through earphones is still weird. (No bass effect)
We've checked with relevant teams about this behavior. In the meantime, if this behavior affects your normal use, you may choose to downgrade to Android 9. 2) Setting suggestion is not removable. {E.g-Turn On You Data }
Regarding the inability to remove the recommended Settings, after investigation, the Android 10 platform AOSP system does not provide a removal solution. In order to maintain the stability of ZenFone Max Pro M1 in Android 10, we will continue to provide the recommended Settings. If you have already performed the recommended settings, we suggest that users ignore them and we apologize for the confusion.
3) Huge gap in navigation button while using android 10 special gesture navigation
The black area when using gesture navigation on third party apps is expected behavior of Android 10.

4) Google search widget is not removable.
Google search bar on home screen has been confirmed to be the Android 10 AOSP system original design. To ensure system performance and stability, we will keep maintaining Google AOSP system design settings synchronously on ZenFone Max Pro M1.

5) Charging vibration is too loud.
You can choose to disable the charging vibration in Settings -> Sound -> Advanced -> Charging sounds and vibration
6) No option to desable vibration when unlock with fingerprint.(when fingerprint rejected its vibration is GOOD and Natural but when fingerprint accepts its vibrate like android 9 charge connect vibration and no option to desable it)
ZenFone vibrating when executing fingerprint unlock, either correct or incorrect, is a default behavior of Andriod 10 ASOP system.
To preserve system performance and stability, we would keep ZenFone Max Pro M1's current main functions to align with the AOSP system.

7) Discharge in idle mode.
After upgrading to Android 10, there will be new optimizations to enhance system performance (e.g. touch booster,...), and the chemical properties of Lithium ions may cause the battery capacity to decrease gradually over one year of use. Therefore, the current experience may not be the same as your previous experience. If the current experience is affecting your normal use, we would suggest that users downgrade to Android 9. You may also visit the service center to check the battery health (life cycle remain) and make sure if a new battery replacement is needed for your device when it is over one year of use.

Sorry, we're afraid we aren't sure of the behavior you're referring to. Could you show us a screenshot of the behavior?
10) When call from another phone, its showing call notification after 4 seconds,and then asus rings for only 2 second.(during total 6 second of ringing)
Do you mean after the call is made, ZB601KL waits for 4 secs for the ring? Could you tell us what you mean by rings for only 2 secs? If possible, could you show us a short video? Does it appear when receiving a call from different persons?

About overheat device heating issue in regular use, we suggest that you avoid running apps that may use much memory for a long time, for example, 3D games and video.
Also, it's recommended that do not use your phone/tablet while it is charging.
Please also try removing the background apps in recent app list, and check again.

12) Front Camera To Much Poor Results
19. Camera quality of front is too much poor than older version of camera app.
Please try clearing cache & storage of your camera and check again.

14. At time of incoming calls sound quality is poor and no notification sound on time of notification only they vibrate
Do you mean when you hear others from your side the quality sounds poor?
What kind of notification is missing? Have you enabled the notification sound?
15. Missing feature of screen colour in display settings.
What kind of color setting are you looking for?
You can enable system color in developer options > accent color

16. Navigation Buttons stop responding some time.
Is your naviagation button type 3 button navigation? Does it stop responding after any specific scenario?
17. These issues is in stable also screen stop responding many time. Touch response not work properly.

18. Manly please add WiFi calling feature.
WiFi calling compatibility varies by country and operator. If WiFi calling is not supported on your device, it may be that your operator's WiFi calling is not compatible with ZB601KL.
