I have the same issues in new purchased phone ASUS Max M2 (Blue, 32 GB) while i am talking my face touch and vibration Occur many times. please help me. is there any setting to resolved this. ?

Hi infojacksolution Good day Do you mean that the face unlock process takes too long? Or the success rate of detecting your face is too low? Can you tell me which firmware version are you using now? Please keep in mind that the face recognition feature will not function as expected if there's lack of light or visibility. You can try registering your face again, thank you
