Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is MONSTER if you make proper out of it. Don't know about Android 10 but this device gives a hell of a Battery backup, and I'm happy for it.

I tried Built Number:82 is battery drain fast.
But now I updated to Android 10 Beta 2 (.424).
