Your phone is sort of dead. You need to wait until lockdown is lifted to visit service center and get it fixed. Please mention which update you're device is updated to.

Hi! My Asus Zenfone Maxpro M1 suddenly shut down and I did not know why.

I am facing same issue

1)Asus only gives lollipop to customer..
2)With poor service
3)My phone charger got dead twice since purchase..
4)From last few days my phone is getting switch off automatically..
5)Some time gets switch off on Asus logo..
6)Some times not getting switch on..
7)Some time gets switch on for few minutes and then again auto shutdown..
8)If phone is kept idle then it stays switch on but as soon as I start using it gets shutdown

1. It shut down during using any app/funtion or just simply shut down during rest mode. If so, how long did the rest mode remain and what kind of activate apps were opened before the phone suddenly shut down.
2. Any memory card installed?
3. Was there any zone heating up during the shut-down or the boot-up.
Furthermore, you could also try "hardware reset", please note that all data stored on your phone will be deleted after reset.
