Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:

  1. Model Name:
  2. Firmware Version:
  3. Rooted or not:
  4. Frequency of Occurrence:
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

I tried opening it, but it won't fully open. Once it reached the Asus logo, it automatically shut down. Can someone help me???

Your phone is sort of dead. You need to wait until lockdown is lifted to visit service center and get it fixed. Please mention which update you're device is updated to.

  • Hi r210271462,

Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please provide the information below so that we can better assist you.

    1. It shut down during using any app/funtion or just simply shut down during rest mode. If so, how long did the rest mode remain and what kind of activate apps were opened before the phone suddenly shut down.

    2. Any memory card installed?

    3. Was there any zone heating up during the shut-down or the boot-up.

Furthermore, you could also try "hardware reset", please note that all data stored on your phone will be deleted after reset.
