It's just that they don't allocate more resources for devices which launched before 2019(except for asus zenfone 5z). And also they are fixing the bugs in android 11 beta for asus zenfone 6 and 7 and are preparing for the android 11 beta for rog phone 2 and 3. Rog phone 2 and 3 are having a alot of bugs and they are fixing them. So yeah, they are working hard , they are just focusing on the flagship's , they just need to hire more developers.
