Earpiece volume issue

From last few months I got 5-6 update and all updates are installed. But earpiece volume problem is still there. Too many people are facing this problem but asus is not realize. Asus is just behaving like irresponsible. Do you really want to solve this problem asus? If you really respect your customers and want more customer in future then you should fix these problems. Otherwise you are just loosing your customer. I really never suggest anyone to buy this handset. Few problems are fixed but this is also a major issue. Please fix this asap.

Hi ali.sabir71 If possible, please kindly provide us below information. 1.) Do you use bluetooth earphone or wired headset (Brand and model name of the earphone). 2.) Could you please kindly point out how does the sound volume low? If possible, Could you show me a sample of this matter? 3.) Is there any music file or youtube link easier to duplicate? 4.) Have you enabled the setting in developer options? Please help to confirm,thank you:)
