Why there was a cracking sound while playing ML and Youtube at 50% volume..pls help

Hello, The cracking sound is can be heard in other apps while on smmi test there's none. I've already went to service center when they check the phone they didn't acknowledge it as a defect because there's no cracking sound on smmi test. . Can we at least get any updates for what this cracking is? firmware: OPM1.WW_Phone-15.2016.1901.186-20190121 Android version: 8.1.0
