Controlling Zenfone Max M1 Issue

I'm facing an issue with my Zenfone Max Pro M1. sometimes while using the phone it gets out of control. suppose if I'm playing a game it will automatically close the game and open any other app. It seems like it is used by someone else. I'm so confused with this issue. weather it's touch issue or something else?
