MY PHONE CANT USE DATA NETWORK AFTER THE LATEST ASUS UPDATE !! I ALREADY OPEN MY DATA IN SETTING AND NOT FUNCTION.. THE 4G SYMBOL NOT HAVE IN THE LINE.. PLSS HELP ME !! I HAVE ZENFONE MAX PRO M1 AND MAX PRO M2 . THE ZENFONE MAX PRO M1 SAME CANT USE DATA NETWORK AFTER LATEST ASUS UPDATED.

Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please try to reset Network: Settings>System>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

[Phone/Pad] How to Enter and Exit Safe Mode? | Official Support | ASUS Global3. Please try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
4. Please try SMMI test 
Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>SIM Signal Test/Wi-Fi Test
If the SMMI test fail, kindly bring your device to the nearest ASUS repair center for device checking: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/

Since my MPM1 and MPM2 in either Android 9 or Android 10 do not have the same issue, kindly provide the information below so that we could better assist you.
